Motherboard options:
Choosing a motherboard can depend on your choice in CPUs. Some motherboards have a much more robust feature-set than others, and cost more because of those features. Motherboards from quality manufacturers are priced from $60-$200.
Memory options:
Choosing Memory also depends on your choice for a CPU. The memory speed has to be compatible with the CPU and the Motherboard. Quality memory has a lifetime warranty from most major manufacturers.

Video Card options:
Video cards with 64MB/128MB of memory range anywhere from $45 - $200. Therefore, it's really a matter of price in this category, unless you plan on graphics-intensive applications (AutoCAD) or high-end gaming.
That said, my recommendation for a normal users would be between $60-$80 for a 128MB DDR Video Card.
